Inspection
Pre-production inspection (PPI)
At the beginning of the production process, a visual quality control of components, materials, accessories, finished and half-finished products is made and is compared against the specifications and/or reference samples supplied by the client, to predict possible problems and to make recommendations so that it is possible to verify that the product fulfills all the specifications before mass production is initiated.
• For (PPI), we mainly verify the following aspects:
° Production lines and factory capacity.
° Facilities and factory equipment.
° Raw materials, main components and accessories.
° Half-finished products.
° Some finished products.
Our inspection service allows us to know at the beginning of the production process, if there exists some discrepancy or error with reference to the product that the client wishes to receive at the end of the production.
