Inspection
Conformance Certificates (CC)
Our service grants our clients the opportunity to perform their diligences, managements and proceedings before public and private organizations in China that are necessary to obtain the Chinese conformance certificate accepted by the Ecuadorian Accreditation Organization (OAE), that allows the obtainment of the INEN-1 form; fundamental requirement for the import of merchandize included in the “List of goods subject to control”
• For (CC), we mainly we verify the following aspects:
° Analysis and verification methodology that can be used to obtain the INEN-1 form in Ecuador according to CONCAL resolutions 009 and 010
° Advice and support for development and compliance with technical regulations or technical standards according to the product of interest
° Analysis of the standard required to be delivered and validated before the Chinese certification body to carry out laboratory tests in the case that the technical regulation or standard requires them.
° Identification of inspection organizations and/or laboratories accredited in China for the emission of CC’s recognized by the OAE.
° Documentary validation process in China and Ecuador.
° The range of our service ends at the moment at which we deliver the INEN-1 form valid for the import process.
